You’d be amazed how much motivation you can get from working out with a friend. They push you along as much as you push them along. You want to make them as proud as you want to make yourself. You’re striving for the same goal and they want nothing but success and happiness for them as much as they want it for you.To exercise with someone reminds you that you’re not the only one striving for a goal that is completely attainable with enough persistance and hard work.You get what you put in and i think you put in more when you’ve got someone to push you along just that little bit longer, whether it’s 30 more seconds, 2 more reps or two more kilometres. It all counts. It counts more with a friend.

~ This is me. I’m 21 on Friday and i’m just not ready to classified as an adult in every single country.~ Tomorrow i’m walking up Mount Lofty againnnnnnn. Tbh it’s become one of my favourite workouts. I sweat like crazy and feel so proud when i get to the top. ~ I’ve been doing the 30 day shred again also and my thighs are feeling it, i’ll tell you that (So tomorrow shall be interesting. I’m going to struggle up that goddamn mountain)~ I’ve found it seriously helpful to buy all of my groceries on a Tuesday of every week. It helps me snack on healthy food and have a well balanced breakfast. I buy yogurts, tones of fruit and vegetables (sometimes i’ll make a soup and have some throughout the week) I buy special K and Soy milk and hommos and celery and all sorts of deliciously healthy things,
